Merry kept us informed all along the way and was so helpful. She was available for all of our questions at just about any time, including evenings and weekends. She made sure the process was quick and smooth and she took care of some fees for us (thank you so much!!)
Merry was on top of everything and let us know immediately when something needed our attention.
Merry Christini was incredible. Her passion for doing the right thing for me was outstanding. She put me first and made sure that I was taken care of. Her genuine love for her job as a loan specialist was amazing. Someone you could trust from the very beginning. Thank you Merry. My buying experience was top notch.
I’m not sure who Jason is but Merry and Melody provided the best service possible.
She was very responsive to any questions I had throughout the process. She definitely made it easy for me.
Professional and very cordial on all dealings. Responded to inquiries in a timely manner. Very personable.
She did an outstanding job!
Merry was exceptional. She guided me through every step of the way and made sure I understood the process, this being my first time buying a home. Merry is professional and very attentive. Going above and beyond of what is expected of her. Being active duty military, most of the time I wasn't home. Merry made sure we worked around my schedule of not being present, to meet every timeline. This is why I will recommend her to my friends and family. Overall Merry made buying a home easier than I expected.
with great communication and patience because I had a lot of questions
I chose to live in Rosarito, Baja CA, Mexico 2 years into treatment with the VA as it made housing affordable for my healing needs (quieter & less stimuli for my brain and especially I could afford to live near the ocean). Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine buying a home in California, especially near the ocean. Although I set up the meetings with Merry mainly to help my veteran friend buy a home, I was surprised that OMG this could be for me too. I diligently worked hard for 2 years to get my finances in order , but to purchase in Mexico. I attended VU orientation to support my friend and be informed of my benefits and options. Merry and her team sparked hope of living in San Diego again, and more importantly owning our own home. She even referred me to an amazing realtor that I could trust and listen to my needs. Merry didn't need to, but she answered my texts and/or emails at all hours of the day, even into the late evenings to answer my questions. Merry was working on the weekend after my realtor and I looked at couple properties that I really liked and would seriously consider putting offers in for. Without even me asking, Merry crunched numbers and gave me thumbs up yay or nay which properties were in my pre-approved price range. She even explained to me how to calculate potential properties by taking HOA dues into account to make home shopping easier.Because of Merry, her team and VU, Trigger and I have stability 👍😊😍 as we moved 4 times in less than 4 years ☹️. Towards the end of the process, however, I felt left in the dark. I don't know if it was because Merry didn't have necessary information or what was going on, but fortunately my lender was able to answer my questions. Regardless, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Rosemarie & Trigger 🐕🐾
