Kris Santos is a loan officer who loves building real connections with clients and helping them understand the homebuying process so they can feel excited, not overwhelmed. She began her career with the San Diego branch in 2013 as a transaction coordinator and became a loan officer in 2026, bringing years of experience, patience and care to every homebuying journey. Kris’ heart for serving military families is deeply personal—her father served for six years, her father-in-law served for 25 years and her brother served for 23 years—so helping Veterans feels like both a privilege and a shared purpose. She believes in leading with understanding, grace and encouragement in every interaction. A longtime San Diego local since her teens, Kris loves spending time outside of work with her husband and three children and enjoys being outdoors, whether she’s playing tennis, hiking, riding bikes or running.
