Joe is a highly dedicated and efficient risk manager with more than two decades of mortgage industry experience in capital markets, finance, analytics and process improvement. The capital markets division manages interest rate risk, margins, product and loan servicing philosophy and includes product development, secondary, post-closing and servicing teams.
