I skipped going with trash Amerisave, Amerifirst and Rocket Mortgage to stick with Veterans United. I worked with Charles and he helped me get informed with the ins and outs of the home loan details right. I never felt as if I had questions and could not get a reliable answer. Your experience may vary with the other lenders, but I would skip the crappy grind of price matching and just get to the good stuff. Thanks!
Brit is amazing! She is extremely helpful in explaining all of the complicated details when it comes to the numbers on my loan. She broke everything down for me to understand and never made me feel embarrassed to ask questions! I had the a mortgage company (the one I used for my first home) tell me they could cut out some of the costs if I went straight through them. I chose to go through veterans United instead of directly because my loan officer and his team pretty much do everything for me. I don’t have to worry about anything except signing and when problems arise, they get me through them. Definitely will keep using Veterans United and will continue to recommend it to my friends.
