All I had to do was tell VU I had a week to find a house, and they handled the rest. They provided us with a realtor who was absolutely fantastic, and our lending team took great care of us. We are blown away at how simple and painless they made the process of buying—even from a couple thousand miles away. I’m sure there are probably lower rates at smaller lenders but VU is really good at working with the challenges and idiosyncrasies of military life and that made it so much less stressful.
Robert and Melissa went above and beyond helping us every step along the way. We will definitely be looking at using Veterans United again for our next home buy thanks to their charasmatic professionalism and decisive action with all situations we encountered.
