I worked with Todd Handley and Nicole Sedelmeier. They were both excellent to work with in terms of their organization, responsiveness and clarity. I always knew what I needed to do, how to do it, and when to do it. That removed a lot of stress from the overall experience. I also think that, although I do not know much about the home purchasing/selling process, they were doing a lot of required things in the background to ensure the deal went through but were great about keeping me out of it - that allowed me to focus my limited time and energy on the things that mattered most. There were no distractions pulling me in unnecessary directions.
