Bill is an outstanding representative. he has help me through the difficult portion of our notary issues for title of the deed and has found ways to go about finding me a source to get the notary services for my spouse. Also, he has gone above and behind to explain to us us a 2-1 buydown for my loan which is very helpful for first time buyers. I started this process one evening, while laying in bed, scrolling through Facebook. I was curious but never imagined that the submission of that form would lead me and my family to our beautiful new home. I was apprehensive and nervous about the process and Benjie and Melody were just the perfect duo that I needed to feel comfortable and reassured that we were dealing with an organization that stood behind their word and commitment to serving veterans. My only complaint is that the scale only goes up to 10 (You need to go to at least 15).
