20 out of 10!!! Our loan officer Jake, went above and beyond to help us get this loan approved and funded. It was an atypical loan as we were inheriting the home and had to navigate through a few issues. Jake was helpful, informative and encouraging with each bump in the road, researching and working with his team to find solutions. He always kept us in the loop as to where we were in the process. We've had many home loans over the years but never one this difficult. It would've been easy to give up if it had not been for Jake's help and encouragement.
