Only good things to say about our experience with Veterans United! The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the VA loan process easy to understand. Everything stayed organized, deadlines were met, and communication was excellent throughout. I knew that if i had questions they were there to answer them and things that could be a hiccup for other lenders, they were extremely knowledgeable about. They clearly know VA loans inside and out. Highly recommend to any veteran looking to buy a home.
We found many issues with this house a couple days before buying, when we tried to back out, we were told we would be sued for breach of contract. Now we're stuck with it and it has at least 3 leaks in the roof, the sellers broke a window before we bought it, the walls are coming apart at the ceiling, and we continue to find more and we've only bought it 7 days ago!

Brian and his team were great. There were some moving goal posts, and VU flexed and explained the details along the way. While I was asking questions, I never felt like I was annoying, and I never felt like I was in the dark. Brian explained the process in the depth and level of detail I needed.
