For first time homebuyers, that’s wild. Jessica was the best. She was there throughout - answering questions and smoothing problems. Our underwriter was actually over the top and caused a lot of grief. However because of Jessica helping everywhere she could the loan continued relatively smoothly. Because of her, I would return in a heartbeat.
