I did not care for one of the so called team members. Never available via text or phone. Very vague in responses when I asked questions about information she had sent, very confusing information.
Loan officer was good, however there were just too many "to do" items sent after midnight and 2am that I would not see until the next day.
Working with Brice Mueller through this process was great. It was great talking with him and achieving the results we wanted.
The team i worked with had the upmost respect, and we're available to answer any questions I had in a timely manner 10 out of 10 would buy/sell through veterans United again thank you very much for making this process easy and enjoyable.

Cierra was amazing and really went above and beyond for us. The concierge was not really needed and my loan officer decided that a week before closing it was a good idea to leave and got on holiday. Again Cierra was awesome, but our loan officer, Joe, was disrespectful and dishonest to both of us.
