He was only there at the end of the transaction so I really can't rate him much.

Charles made my purchasing home process manageable and enjoyable. This was my second purchase and the experience was night and day. Charles will make sure you understand every step and what is best for you. Honestly, This was my first time where i felt lender/financial institute was on my side instead of make more profit or commission. I can’t thank him enough for what he did for me and my family. I am definitely coming back to him for next purchase and hope he doesnt change his job.

It seemed to me Charles was available 24/7. He answered all of my questions and provided numbers that were asked for, for each house we tried to purchase.

I would send him the address and asking price for the home and e would email me the payment I could expect to with my budget very quickly eve.
