She walked us through the contract and loan process, made sure we understood every document, and kept communication strong the entire time. Nothing ever felt rushed or confusing. With Jessica leading the loan side and Nicole coordinating the closing process, our loan was completed within the 16 day timeline; and to top that off, we were clear to close in just 7 days. For first time homebuyers, that’s wild. With them, it felt normal because everything was smooth, organized, and communicated clearly.If you’re looking for a lender who’s responsive, knowledgeable, and actually cares about making the process smooth, I’d absolutely recommend Veterans United, especially Jessica Gavin and Nicole Sedelmeier.
