Also, he has gone above and behind to explain to us us a 2-1 buydown for my loan which is very helpful for first time buyers. Mark Manos was the BEST I could have dreamed of! He was always attentive and I’m a type of person that has a lot of questions and he was always just there for me answering and explaining things. He would check in along the way and always give me updates. I never really had a call to ask questions to find out if something had gone through or paperwork wise. He was also very patient. This was like a two year process where we were watching the numbers and making sure we record and saving our money and he never acted like I was a waste of time or that he was in it just for an ethical reasons. He’s definitely a good person inside and out.! And I am very much looking forward to doing business with him again.
