As a 68 year old Vet having never using my VA loan benefits before, I was a bit skeptical on what to expect...sure glad Bobby Moss answered the phone when I called in. He made the whole experience worry free & walked us through everything. I was treated like a person not a number. I am not good on a pc I wasn't taught that in school. the people that work veterans in that office helped me a lot if I got stuck they were to help me get over the hump.
Amber and Chad were incredibly helpful through the entire process. Buying a home is extremely stressful at times but Amber was very patient and kind.
