Mark was the best Loan Officer we have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable about VA loans (and loans in general) and made sure that we knew all of our options before making a decision. We asked him many hypothetical questions during the homebuying process and if it wasn’t a straight forward answer, he would lay it all out in an email for us to reference. We bugged him night and day and over the weekend and he always made time for us. He was quick to respond and very organized and helpful. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Oh and we were able to get a preapproval letter within 2 hours of reaching out to him for the first time so we could quickly put an offer on our house (on a Friday night). If it wasn’t for that, our offer wouldn’t have been in in time and we would have missed out!
