Jake and his team are true professionals that did an excellent job throughout the entire process. As a first time home buyer, I felt comfortable asking questions and taking my time. Will absolutely recommend Jake to friends, family, and coworkers.
I had the a mortgage company (the one I used for my first home) tell me they could cut out some of the costs if I went straight through them. I chose to go through veterans United instead of directly because my loan officer and his team pretty much do everything for me. I don’t have to worry about anything except signing and when problems arise, they get me through them. Definitely will keep using Veterans United and will continue to recommend it to my friends.
David is always available whenever I have a question. He really helped me out since I am a first time home buyer.

It was very daunting being first time home buyers and not knowing anything. Our loan agent Jake was very knowledgeable and patient guiding us through the process and answering all of our questions. He is ultimately the reason we went with Veterans United after shopping around and we're really glad we did. VU made it a much smoother process buying a home than we thought it would be.

I have had a overall fantastic experience with Veterans United over past year. The whole team was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to get a hold of. Considering the ups and downs of the market, it was advantageous for me to have the best team possible to make the right decision. After my offer was accepted, the escrow process was smooth and efficient, which allowed me to secure the property without any issues.
