I really appreciate everyone for helping out. The process was quick and easy and I was always informed on everything! Charles was a huge help explaining things and making sure everything ran smoothly!
I kept seeing advertisement for Veterans United while surfing the web. I had no luck before getting a home but the fact that I am a Veteran, i was curious. Well Curiosity led to a home purchase. I filled out the information for V.U. to reach out and send me some more information. So thankful that everything was mostly electronically available and the education and prompt responses helped make my first ever home purchase. The bonus was the educational videos on many topics that come up during the home buying process. That's not common but very helpful, especially for someone that needs to have all of them readily available in one location is a plus! Big shout out to Jonathan and his team. Jonathan was instrumental in getting us approved and helped educate me along the way and with patience i might add. My Wife has no patience for me and praises Jonathan on his many conversations with me that helped educate both of us along the way. Truly thankful to Jonathan, his team and Veterans United. 1000% will recommend to my friends and fellow Veterans.

I had the a mortgage company (the one I used for my first home) tell me they could cut out some of the costs if I went straight through them. I chose to go through veterans United instead of directly because my loan officer and his team pretty much do everything for me. I don’t have to worry about anything except signing and when problems arise, they get me through them. Definitely will keep using Veterans United and will continue to recommend it to my friends.
David is always available whenever I have a question. He really helped me out since I am a first time home buyer.

I loved doing business with Veterans United. As a beginner home buyer, I was anxious about the process. However, once I got in touch with Jake, my loan officer, he answered all of my questions without judgement. This really helped me feel at ease about the process. And, the rest of the team couldn't have been more communicative. I highly recommend working with them.
