This is my second loan and process with Veterans United and I can say they are the best out there. Always looking out for their customers and treat everyone with respect. The loan process is tough but these folks make it easy and straight forward and can’t praise them enough. Great bunch to work with and will always return and use their loans and services.
The website Porch.com is mostly Broken, the checklist, some movers are located in the East Coast, Virginia. We're on the west coast. The Concierge app/bot/person? is not working very well either because they are trying to add you as a new customer, losing discounts and not transferring your services.
Excellent and easy to use service with a streamlined process of uploading docs that made the application process very easy and quick. The staff at Veterans United carried themselves in a very professional manner and replied to questions and concerns very quickly and effectively. I had no issues whatsoever during the application and qualification process. I'm a very satisfied customer and will recommend Veterans United to all of my veteran friends and family! Great work!
The user interface made it extremely easy to upload docs, sign them, check for updates, and communicate. Not sure how much of this was driven by COVID and the need to be virtual, but it made home buying and the lender process much easier and more efficient.
Mark always made himself available to answer questions or help us write offers with a quick turnaround. Friendly, knowledgable, and very good at his job... makes for a great combination!
