Bravo Zulu to Shaun Diaz!!! Definitely the best Loan Specialist we have ever had!!! What made Shaun outstanding in our book was his attention,, Always on top of our loan from start to finish keeping his customers informed at EVERY turn. Before Shaun appeared we were Apprehensive in going back to Veterans United because of the horrible loan specialist we had back in January or February 2021.
