I had several delays with closing. I get that it happens but found the team working with Wesley Earl to not be proactive in their communication. I also asked for a lower rate since the fed cut rates and was told no. Not sure I’d recommend again. Our first home with VU was great.

I also hear your frustration about the rate. I know how quickly things can shift when the Fed announces changes, and I’m sorry the options available at the time didn’t line up with what you were hoping for.

This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. When I was getting anxious during the process due to back and forth with the Seller, Jimmy made himself available to me - despite those things being outside the purview of his job. Jennifer and Sarah were absolutely incredible. They turned what appeared to be Dunkirk feeling and true uncertainty going from a construction loan to a permanent mortgage into a seamless process. Matt and the team overall were beyond knowledgeable in terms of helping me decide If refinancing was the best option for me during this time. I was able to save a significant amount of money thanks to the team.
