This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Veterans United a lender who really goes all out to take care and help out Veterans.
Getting out of bankruptcy was very stressful as I needed to find a house and many lenders were giving me the runaround. When I contacted veterans United, my loan officer helped me so much. We were able to close sooner than 30 days and I did not have to pay anything for closing. The paperwork were very easy and my entire closing process at closing was about no more than 30 minutes.
Not what I'm typically used to and home buying as my two previous properties I paid cash but the team was very informative and always checking up to inform me of the process and progress and the app and their to-do list were easy to follow
