It was a great experience. Some documents we submitted over the app were needed to be re-submitted multiple times. My Solar Installation company was not helpful or clear on asking Veterans United specific documentation they needed which caused a delay in the closing of my home. There were a few times when I submitted more than what was asked just so the process could go quicker. I was told a few times to submit a documentation that had an acronym that Vivint Solar nor Veterans United could not define for me. That was frustrating.
Veterans United was an absolute please to do business with!! Our loan officer, Jessica, was absolutely amazing!! She was very quick to respond, full of expert answers with all of our questions, extremely supportive and resourceful and helped make our dream come true!! We absolutely LOVED working with her and would strongly recommend her and Veterans United to anyone!!
