Other companies may claim they know about VA home loans, but not like Veterans United! Dealt with several corporate mortgage companies since 2007 on home loans and attempts to refinance. There is no comparison when it comes to Veterans United, especially in customer service and their transparency during the loan process. I finalized and closed on my Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (IRRRL) almost a month earlier than expected. I was also offered the opportunity to defer two mortgage payments.
