There were times that communication was not as clear as it should have been been or needed to be to accomplish the task and there was a lack of understanding about availability of this client to resources at times creating frustration and and appearance to others that the client was not responding to the Loan Officer /team which created a negative representation with the realtor/team who is known to the Veteran's family. This was distasteful and irritating.
This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families.
