20 out of 10!!! Our loan officer Jake, went above and beyond to help us get this loan approved and funded. It was an atypical loan as we were inheriting the home and had to navigate through a few issues. Jake was helpful, informative and encouraging with each bump in the road, researching and working with his team to find solutions. He always kept us in the loop as to where we were in the process. We've had many home loans over the years but never one this difficult. It would've been easy to give up if it had not been for Jake's help and encouragement. Nicole was our transaction coordinator and she was another 20 out of 10! Nicole was helpful, efficient and quick to respond. Honestly, I can't say enough about how smooth of a process this was. Going into the mortgage I was a bit skeptical and worried I would be taken for a ride. Jake was able to secure 18 days of escrow which was the main reason they accepted our offer. He then followed up on that by jumping through hurdles and solving every single problem we faced.
