Communication during and after the process has been perfect & I couldnt be happier (or luckier) to have worked with these dedicated professionals! If I could ask for one thing, its for them to get a promotion or at least a raise cause if not, I will start a loan company and poach.

Poor communication, misleading promises, zero sense of urgency by VU to get things done. Had to re-upload documents multiple times, had to ask about appraisal getting done multiple times, paid for it well in advance and didn't get done on time and pushed our closing out another week. Bought points and still paid a loan origination fee because "oh we'll lose money on this if they allow that" except they'll make that amount off of me in interest in the first two months.
