Overall, the experience was good. It seems that Veterans United doesn't do much more than any other home loan financial lender would, with the exception of having a local office, and with that, the the piece of mind that all processing and paperwork is done here on West Coast, vice eastern time like some other financial institutions do. One added note is that even thought the experience seems catered to each individual situation, this isn't the case. My house to be bought was in a different county and even though Veterans United sent out a "warm welcoming letter", the information was all wrong. It was a little silly because none of the "friendly" information even pertained to my situation and my new home location. 'A' for effort but it felt generic and half-assed.
