i think cost disclosure is best explained in person. We didnt get some seller agreements in writing and came out shortchanged. Seller even entered property at day of recording to haul some property away. presumably to recoup for some of her losses
I would rate the level of customer service, professionalism and thoughtfulness of Veterans United among the highest I have ever encountered in my lifetime. This is truly a top tier organization!
If you like People who tell you things straight and give you forthright answers then this is the place for you. My experience with Jason Gibson was very positive. I felt I had him on call 24/7. He was positive and prompt like no other loan officer.
Caleb was outstanding! His customer service was top notch and he always made my wife and I feel comfortable. I would have given 10's across the board but we weren't very impressed with Robert. He never could seem to get on board with Caleb.
i appreciate the effort put forth by luke and Kris on this long road to obtaining my mortgage. there were a few obstacles on the road to getting my loan funded that extended the process but they stuck with me and guided me to the finish line.
