Caleb was outstanding! His customer service was top notch and he always made my wife and I feel comfortable. I would have given 10's across the board but we weren't very impressed with Robert. He never could seem to get on board with Caleb.

i appreciate the effort put forth by luke and Kris on this long road to obtaining my mortgage. there were a few obstacles on the road to getting my loan funded that extended the process but they stuck with me and guided me to the finish line.

I understand that certain documents must be sent in a physical form however... there were several of these document sent to and not needed. I believe this is wasteful expense.
