The experience was very long, but our Loan Specialist, Nick Price, made sure that we were well taken care of. He was very easy to communicate with and always willing to answer any question we had.
I understand that certain documents must be sent in a physical form however... there were several of these document sent to and not needed. I believe this is wasteful expense.
They welcomed you in their office and made you feel at home. You are first greeted with a personalized welcome sign when you make an appointment that makes you feel like you're being cared for, rather than handled.
Nick Price handled our loan, and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole process.

I went in thinking homebuying was not going to be a serious option, was convinced I could do it after a meeting with Caleb. There is a fun atmosphere in the office.
