I skipped going with trash Amerisave, Amerifirst and Rocket Mortgage to stick with Veterans United. I worked with Charles and he helped me get informed with the ins and outs of the home loan details right. I never felt as if I had questions and could not get a reliable answer. Your experience may vary with the other lenders, but I would skip the crappy grind of price matching and just get to the good stuff. Thanks!
Brit is amazing! She is extremely helpful in explaining all of the complicated details when it comes to the numbers on my loan. She broke everything down for me to understand and never made me feel embarrassed to ask questions! Veterans United is amazing! I worked with a different loan company about year ago to get pre-approved and they couldn't even compare to Veterans United. The loan agent and team, along with the easy to use website made the whole home loan process a lot less stressful and easy. I highly recommend anyone I know to go through Veterans United if they're even thinking about getting a home loan, we are extremely happy that we didn't go with our original lender.
I kept seeing advertisement for Veterans United while surfing the web. I had no luck before getting a home but the fact that I am a Veteran, i was curious. Well Curiosity led to a home purchase. I filled out the information for V.U. to reach out and send me some more information. So thankful that everything was mostly electronically available and the education and prompt responses helped make my first ever home purchase. The bonus was the educational videos on many topics that come up during the home buying process. That's not common but very helpful, especially for someone that needs to have all of them readily available in one location is a plus! Big shout out to Jonathan and his team. Jonathan was instrumental in getting us approved and helped educate me along the way and with patience i might add. My Wife has no patience for me and praises Jonathan on his many conversations with me that helped educate both of us along the way. I had the a mortgage company (the one I used for my first home) tell me they could cut out some of the costs if I went straight through them. I chose to go through veterans United instead of directly because my loan officer and his team pretty much do everything for me. I don’t have to worry about anything except signing and when problems arise, they get me through them. Definitely will keep using Veterans United and will continue to recommend it to my friends.
