Great support from Jake during this process. He was responsive and timely in returning calls and text messages. Thank you Jake, you were the best.
Honestly, I can't say enough about how smooth of a process this was. Going into the mortgage I was a bit skeptical and worried I would be taken for a ride. Jake was able to secure 18 days of escrow which was the main reason they accepted our offer. He then followed up on that by jumping through hurdles and solving every single problem we faced. I will absolutely be recommending Jake & Veterans United to all of my buddies who might be starting the home buying journey. My first call with Jake was in 2021. He continued to follow-up (without being pushy) when the time came to work he worked his magic and now I'm a home owner.
No complaints in the slightest. Process was easy and Veterans United made it painless. Would be glad to work with them again.

From the moment my husband and I were interested in buying a place of our own Benji was there the whole time explaining everything we didn’t understand. As first time homebuyers we really appreciated his patience. Benji put us in touch with an amazing realtor and when we found a place perfect for us Nichole handled everything! We even had Josh help us to find who our utilities are under and even deals on internet and moving help.
I hope this team never changes cause they have it all down to the tee.

Veterans United is amazing. We didnt know what to expect coming into this process. We always heard it could be rough. But, starting with Susan helping get our credit where it needed to be and ending with Charles (best loan officer ever), Susan, Nicole and Amanda finishing up and closing on our first home in time for Christmas (17 days!!!) the process has been so streamlined and easy. Information flows between everyone seemlessly. I would highly recommend Charles and the whole Veterans United team to anyone.
