We went back to Veterans United and our loan officer, Jake Ferguson. He is awesome! Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and on top of all the details. He is always available for questions and made sure that we were always in the loop on our progress. This was the case for our first loans and the recent refinance. His loan coordinator, Melody was great as well. Always helpful and patient. Had the answers or knew where to get them. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and it was a painless process.I would use Veterans United again and highly recommend Jake, Melody and team to anyone.

Bill is an outstanding representative. he has help me through the difficult portion of our notary issues for title of the deed and has found ways to go about finding me a source to get the notary services for my spouse. Also, he has gone above and behind to explain to us us a 2-1 buydown for my loan which is very helpful for first time buyers. He is more knowledgeable and I had a wonderful experience in getting the loan.
