We started this whole home buying journey back in 2023, and at that time we were already preapproved with three different lenders, so we’ve dealt with lenders and banks trying to sell us their products, pushing things we didn’t ask for, and not really giving us the information we needed. With Jessica leading the loan side and Nicole coordinating the closing process, our loan was completed within the 16 day timeline; and to top that off, we were clear to close in just 7 days. For first time homebuyers, that’s wild.
